Coronavirus: What is Happening at Pilates Health Equipment

Today is a very different landscape than that experienced pre-2020, only a couple of months ago. Here at Pilates Health Equipment, our team is safe and are adapting as we go. Due to our premises size, we can easily meet social distancing requirements, and we ask customers collecting goods to follow a specific procedure during their equipment collection to ensure we all stay safe. We're still shipping small equipment orders within one business day, and large equipment units normally dispatched within a week of order [you will be provided specific dispatch timelines upon order placement].

Interstate Freight Services

Over the last week there have been ongoing actions and added importance placed on the social distancing measures. Northern Territory, South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania and Queensland closed their borders to all outside travel. Our carriers, and the logistics industry were deemed exempt from any restrictions on border closures. This means freight of our equipment to all Australian destinations remains as usual.
